It is possible to produce thin and lightweight decorative products! There is no shrinkage, ensuring dimensional stability during molding.

"BRG" is a completely water-based molding material that combines the excellent tensile strength and elasticity of basalt fibers, the abrasion resistance, water resistance, and adhesion of acrylic resin, and the workability, strength, and hardness of gypsum. Since it is entirely water-based, there is no need for a gas mask. It can be handled with just a simple mask to prevent ingestion. Additionally, the wash water generated during molding can be easily separated and disposed of into three categories: water, acrylic resin, and gypsum. 【Features】 ■ Good adhesion: Overlay bonding with existing FRP products is possible. ■ Painting similar to conventional FRP is possible: Primer + painting + topcoat application is feasible. ■ No interlayer delamination: Sufficient strength for overlay fixation of hardware. ■ Smooth putty treatment after demolding: Putty treatment with the same material is possible. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

New non-combustible materials certified by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.

BRG stands for "Basalt Fiber Reinforced Acrylic Resin Gypsum," which is a completely water-based molding material made from basalt, acrylic resin, and gypsum. By adding acrylic resin to gypsum, the strength of the gypsum itself is improved, addressing its brittleness, and overcoming the poor secondary adhesion that was a drawback of gypsum after curing. Additionally, by introducing basalt fibers as reinforcing fibers, it enables the formation of thin films, allowing for lightweight molded products. Since the base material is gypsum, it is similar to GRG (Glass Fiber Reinforced Gypsum), but it can be molded using hand lay-up techniques like FRP, allowing for bag-shaped three-dimensional molding as well. Using a non-combustible certified grade, molded products made according to our specified non-combustible standards have passed the performance evaluation tests stipulated by the Building Standards Act and are recognized as non-combustible materials certified by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. With the acquisition of the certification number, it is currently gaining attention as an alternative to interior materials produced with GRG. Additionally, from the perspective of reducing plastic use and environmental considerations, it is also being highlighted as an alternative to FRP.

"BRG" is a completely water-based molding material that combines the excellent tensile strength and elasticity of basalt fibers, the abrasion and water resistance of acrylic resin, and the non-combustibility, strength, and height of gypsum. By using a dedicated basalt cloth, the bending strength of the product is improved, allowing for the creation of thin and lightweight decorative products. By skillfully incorporating acrylic resin, which is contrary to non-combustibility, the secondary adhesion strength is enhanced, enabling production using hand lay-up techniques like FPR. "BRG" is a gypsum reinforced with basalt fiber and acrylic resin that has obtained non-combustible material certification from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. It is a completely water-based molding material that combines the excellent tensile strength and elasticity of basalt fiber, the abrasion resistance and water resistance of acrylic resin, and the non-combustibility and strength of gypsum.
